We understand how important it is to make and send your gift out promptly, so we have a super quick turn around, and aim to dispatch your order the very next working day after it is placed (working days being Monday to Friday!) On the off chance this is not possible it would then be dispatched the very next working day after.

All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery which aims to deliver next day! This is a flat delivery fee which means you can order as many items from our shop as you'd like and the delivery cost remains the same! Perfect for stocking up on some presents for family and friends!

Tracking your order is super simple! Your tracking number will be available within your Order Details or alternatively through the Dispatch Email you will receive. There you will find your tracking number which directs you to the Royal Mail tracking page itself so you can check the progress of your delivery whenever you'd like!

If for any reason you wish to return your order, returns and exchanges are accepting within 30 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
