Our Gifts themselves

Every one of our letterbox gifts is beautifully decorated with your selected occasion card and then complemented by a matching ribbon, gift tag, and a greeting card with envelope making them the PERFECT ready-to-gift present for a loved one. We're very proud of the effort we put into the outside decoration of our gifts; we believe the outside is where the magic begins so it should be just as pretty as the inside!

The inside of our Hampers and Letterbox Gifts include Heart Tissue Paper Sleeve, Heavenly Hamper Stuffing and a sprinkle of Confetti! We also pop in an extra handmade postcard inside your gift recipient's special box too encouraging them to 'Take time to make their Soul Happy' words we love to live by! 😎

Your gift message will be printed inside the greeting card included with your hamper or can be handwritten on request too for a personal touch! Please use the personalisation box to type what you would like it to say. Feel free to leave this box blank (with a dash '-') if you would prefer to write the card yourself!

To protect our gifts during transit, they are each placed inside a pink mailing bag along with a 'Handle with Care' sticker. There will be no name and address printed on the box, only the outside mailing bag! Larger gifts and orders with multiple of multiple gifts, are always bubble wrapped too, in order to ensure their safety during transit!

We're always happy to discuss larger orders! Since we're a small team, large orders would ideally need to be placed somewhat in advance to give us longer to work on them alongside our usual daily orders. Please do not hesitate to reach out to discuss your larger order request! We're also VAT Registered and can supply those all important VAT Invoices on request!

As a gifting small business, we realise how important it is to exclude any receipts and price information from your order. Therefore, the package you receive will never contain any invoice or receipt unless we're specifically told to include one!

Processing Times and Delivery

That's no problem at all! As long as your order has not already been dispatched, simply send us a message or email letting us know the new address you would like your gift sending to, and we will make sure it is changed for you. Please note, the dispatch email you will receive will still read the pervious delivery address, as it is just a automatic email that uses the original address. But rest assured knowing it's definitely been changed!

We understand how important it is to make and send your gift out promptly, so we have a super quick turn around, and aim to dispatch your order the very next working day after it is placed (working days being Monday to Friday!) On the off chance this is not possible it would then be dispatched the very next working day after.

All our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery which aims to deliver next day! This is a flat delivery fee which means you can order as many items from our shop as you'd like and the delivery cost remains the same! Perfect for stocking up on some presents for family and friends!

Tracking your order is super simple! Your tracking number can be found within your Order Details or alternatively through the Dispatch Email you will receive. There you will find your tracking number which directs you to the Royal Mail tracking page itself so you can check the progress of your delivery whenever you'd like!
